EGIA’s St. Louis Contractor Conference Wrap-Up

Another month, another EGIA Contractor University Conference is officially in the books!

On April 13 and 14, the industry’s leading contractor conference series came to St. Louis for another day and a half of insights, presentations and networking tailored to contractors who want to evolve and grow their businesses. Hundreds came together at the Hilton at the Ballpark to learn proven roadmaps to success from world-renowned educators, delivered in keynote presentations and small, topic-targeted breakout sessions.

Customer service coaching authority Brigham Dickinson appeared at #EGIAtour17 for the first time in St. Louis, delivering an acclaimed keynote presentation on how to maximize a business’s bottom line by WOWing the customer, as well as leading a breakout presentation on how to increase sales by booking more of the calls a business already gets. Brigham joined a contractor conference roster that already includes Mark Matteson, Ellen Rohr, Gary Elekes, Drew Cameron and Elaina Burdick, each of whom presented their own indispensable wisdom to help contractors make 2017 their business’s best year ever.

While there’s nothing quite like attending a conference in person – the energy, the excitement, the instant motivation that’s imparted by the environment and the face-to-face interaction with leading consultants and educators – we understand that not everyone could make it to St. Louis.
